Jennifer Peppe joins the North Atlantic Gymnastics Academy with an extensive teaching background. Jennifer taught art education for twenty-five years in a K-6th grade public school. She’s taught student enrichment courses as well as facilitated adult and family workshops. Over the past few years, since moving to Rockland, Jen has enjoyed opportunities to bring therapeutic arts experiences to oncology support groups, as well as to school programs serving at-risk youth. She has worked collaboratively with the Farnsworth Museum, the Center for Maine Contemporary Art and the Langlais Art Preserve as a Teaching Artist, providing meaningful arts programming. Jennifer has earned her BFA from University of NC at Greensboro and her Masters in Art Education from Kean University. Her enthusiasm for educational travel and study abroad courses has enriched her life’s learning beyond average academia. She’s happiest when being creative, making community connections, exploring the Great Outdoors, spending time with her two cats and walking her two big, fluffy dogs, Olive and Hank.
