Aerial Circus Arts

Fly through the air with confidence with our Aerial Circus Arts class, a playful and supportive introduction to silks, swing, and lyra. Designed for both beginners and students with previous experience, this class offers a well-rounded foundation while prioritizing safety, education, and fun.

Students will learn fundamental skills such as safe mounting and dismounting, basic wraps, balances, and transitions, along with proper body alignment and grip techniques. Each class is carefully structured with thorough warm-ups, clear progressions, and instructor-guided spotting to ensure a safe and encouraging learning environment. Crash mats and professional rigging are always used, and students are never asked to attempt skills before they are ready.

Beyond physical skills, this class emphasizes helping students understand how and why movements work, how to listen to their bodies, and how to build strength and confidence at their own pace. Expect plenty of laughter, creative exploration, and supportive coaching as you discover which apparatus you love most.

No prior aerial or fitness experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. Come learn, play, and fly safely as you begin your aerial journey!

Our Youth Class is for ages 7-12 and our Teen & Adult Class is for ages 13 and up.
